I'm really sorry it was an event that happened in June and March i think but it's not available anymore.



It was an event where you could go to mystery gift and receive the Secret Key (The event item that you want).

i think you have to go to an event
It's an event. The only other way you could get the key now is by hacking, or somebody that did the event mixes records with you(or trades with you, something like that)
